“为寻找自己 风格的画，开始了一天一幅画的计划”

为何我要制作它？

为了提醒自己不要轻易放弃，继续为自己的梦想努力，更上一层楼。

学院时期，我很喜欢涂鸦。因为功课繁忙，我暂停涂鸦。在制作毕业作品时，因为规定把所参考的一切，包括所画的，都要搜集并做报告，所以被老师发现了。于是开始上网搜查，发现涂鸦在国外真的很普遍，因而再次燃起涂鸦的那团火。

进入社会工作，认识了这方面的朋友及插画家，因为画风有他们的影子受不了批评而又再次暂停作画。2011年的马来西亚玩具展工作时，为了填补空闲时间就开始涂鸦了。当时有个设计师走过来和我聊天，要我继续坚持画下去，不要放弃，画久了就能找出自己的风格。于是为了寻找属于自己的风格，我就计划于2012年4月30日开始一天一幅画，上载到网页。不久，发现自己比较喜欢把身边所看到，接触到的一切，结合起来形成一幅画，因此变成了我的风格。后来，对于我的画，我也没有特定一个主题，因为每幅画都带给人不同的想法。

一天，菲律宾的一个插画师要求以我的风格画一幅他的人像画。就这样，他把我的作品分享到菲律宾的某个网页，也第一次被称为马来西亚的艺术家。从那次之后，机会开始出现，如参加展览，现场作画，到学院作分享，插画刊登在设计杂志里等等。为了和大家分享自己的画，我更自费出版一本插画书，配合2012年马来西亚动漫节，在当日出售，并获得好评。想起当初我开始有自己的风格时，我曾经想象我的插画可以变成服装设计。就在2013年，我的插画也印刷在衣服上了。

这样辛苦走来，让我更相信为自己梦想坚持并努力奋斗，有一天机会一定会来的。

对身边其他人，有何意义呢？

把情绪变成正能量，化成创作灵感

我是一个很情绪化的人，也整天爱胡思乱想。因为这样，加上喜欢作画，于是我就选择把情绪变成正能量，化成创作灵感，编成一幅“画”中有话。当我的心情好转时，我也画好了，然后就把作品放上网，和大家分享。在这繁忙的生活里，人类总会因压力而容易不快乐的。所以每个人都有不同的方法发泄自己心中的不快乐，如运动，写部落格，旅游，逛街等等，而我选择了作画。

很高兴地，我的第一本插画书(1-50)已经卖完了。我现在需要一笔资金，打算印刷第二本画集(51-100)，及环保袋，让更多人了解创作的灵感可以来自任何地方，作品不但可以自己使用或收藏，也可以当成礼物送给别人。

Never give up on pursuing your dream

During my study, doodling has always been my very own way of expressing myself. It started during the progress of my Final Year Project. My lecturer saw it and asks me to do some research on it.

Later, I started to know lots of friends and illustrators who loves doodle. Yet, I stopped doodle after being comment that my works looks familiar with some of the artists. During the Malaysia International Toy Fair 2011, in order to fill my free time, I was doodling during my work. One designer came over to my booth and talk to me, he asked me to continue doing it and then the style will slowly developed.

In April 30, 2012, I started the one day one artwork project and uploading to the web. From this daily uploading exercise I slowly developed my own style which attracted my own fans. And doodling is the only way I capture the trace of my imagination. For my artworks, I name it as “unTITLEd” because it always gives people different kind of view through their imagination.

Thanks to the internet, a Filipino illustrator noticed my artwork and invited me to work on his portrait. And my work was subsequently introduced on a Filipino website as the work of a Malaysian artist. Such a recognition prompted a series of opportunities such as exhibition, live drawing, publication on magazines, as well as sharing sessions at colleges.

During the comic fiesta 2012, I compiled some of my artworks (1-100) into Jeffersonism Postcard collection 1 and sell it during the event. Surprisingly, it had good feedback from the event and completely sold out in early year of 2013. Beside drawing on paper, I once imagined on my artworks printed on tshirt so I started to draw on tshirt too. And my dream come true when a company approached me to give me a chance on producing my own tshirt.

I’m a very emotional person and doodling has always been my very own way of expressing myself. My dreams of printing my own artwork on shirts and books have come true. And I have to move on with the second print of my postcard book( compiling artworks from unTITLEd 51-100). Every single piece of postcard on this book is a small portion of my imagination, and you are free to color it or adding on your imagination, write something and mail it to your friend. When your imagination applied on my piece of postcard, our imagination will be flying to the destined address together.
